In the late 1975, William Penn, the owner of All Seasons Spas & Pools, was the representative of several above-ground pool manufacturers such as Doughboy, Muskin and Coleco for the installation of factory display pools at various mass merchants and discount stores all over southern California. In 1977, William Penn opened his first retail store in the city of Northridge called The Pool Station. This retail outlet specialized in above-ground pools and pool supplies.

By 1978, as a licensed contractor, The Pool Station installed over 100 in-ground spas per year, including swim spas and incorporating beautiful brick and cement docking all over the cities in the San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Moorpark, etc. In 1980, The Pool Station began selling portable spas manufactured by Beachport, Cal Spas, Coleman Spas and Tahitian Spas.

In 1994, William Penn relocated his pool and spa business to the high desert, opening up a 6,800 sq. ft. store in Victorville, Ca. One of the most important factors of this relocation was the opportunity to obtain the franchise for Watkins Spas and Doughboy Pools. The new store was renamed "All Seasons Spas & Pools" to better represent the focus on the spa end of the business while still maintaining the long history in the pool business. The new store was an immediate success and presently is the largest dealer of spas and pools in the high desert.

We look forward to a long lasting relationship with the people of the high desert and will continue to provide the absolute best products and service for many more years. Our current 4500 sq. ft store, located in the Red Robin shopping center, has the largest indoor display of hot tubs and above-ground pools in the high desert. We display the complete line of Hot Spring spas, Tiger River spas, Solana spas, and Hot Spot spas as well as the most popular steel wall and soft-sided Doughboy Pools. We also have in stock, chemicals, pool supplies, replacement liners, pool and spa covers, and all related industry products.

We do all our own pool and spa installations, using experienced installation people who have over twenty five years experience.

Our goal has always been to provide the best products, the most energy efficient hot tubs, and always focus on excellent customer service. Our long list of referral customers and repeat clients indicates that we have accomplished this goal.
